I really dont know; haven't heard any checks on this visa ... right now I'm on 475 visa and already gone thru these checks on my current visa ... It was decision ready, chemical engr - 7 yr experience, no exemption ... CO on 4th July 2012, applied nomination + application 08th June; no additional docs asked ... hardluck to go thru these checks once again ...:arghh:

I talked to my employer on last Thursdays and she told me they will wait till 02 months due to backlog and lot of applications to be acknowledged so might they have heard something from DIAC or from RMA, I don't know. My friend got 457 on 06 of july and also Joi assigned a CO on 03rd of July (just known) so hopefully he get it soon as well all of us in the same boat especially you.

Hi According to new ENS 186 check list there is no gateway for migration agents to certify Decision ready applications any more. See the new check list where nothing mentioned about decision ready and on agents gateway only 121/ 856 is mentioned.

Yes on my letter details were written about general processing times and certified decision ready timeline. On a non DRC application no details about certified decision ready ready timeline mentioned. Hope this helps.
