  1. It a pain, but that recording about them not being there to take your call, I assume is also their "line busy" message. Either way, last night at 1am (UK time) I got through to them after 3 attempts within about a 5 minute period. They said they were busy with early October, but that it is not 100% accurate gauge and you should contact your CO as they are the only one who can request them to urgently process something. GOOD LUCK ALL, WE ARE OFF IN 2 WEEKS!!!:xmas16::laugh::xmas24::xmas25::xmas27:
  2. Whahoooooooooo!!!! Got the golden letter!!! Was up to feed baby and there was nothing, then called GH (Aparently they are doing early October) so I was just searching my emails to get my CO's number and right then...Pop!!!!! Mine was online
  3. Congrats!! Wow! Mine was also 28th I'm on an old 175 Skilled Migrant Visa, which appears to be similar to the new 190 (correct me if I'm wrong) hope they have the same priority and mine and it will follow shortly. Would definite be a MERRY CHRISTMAS if it does :xmas24:
  4. Congratz Mudgil! 22 Oct? Wow, I assume you are paper based.
  5. I think they are processing up to the 28th at the moment, or around the 28th (People have been told 25, 27 and 28 judging by the posts), also looking at the current people who are actually being completed, they seem to currently be busy with ones around the 10th. So you may well have a happy Christmas :xmas23:
  6. Sorry for the bit of selective reading on my part but my medicals were Referred on the 28th of September  and this is the first time that date has come up in the Forum :xmas16: Was your an paper or electronic one?
  7. I feel you pain. As for today I'm officially on Week 9! My Electronic referral was 28 September :SLEEP:By your math above I've got until 28 December to wait but I assume the Christmas holidays will push that back to Jan somewhere. They do just unexpectedly forward every now and then, so who knows?! :twitcy:
  8. Congratz Maxx82! What visa type did you apply for?
  9. If I were you I'd give it 2 or 3 more weeks. They took 4 weeks to process the last week in August and is currently (as far as we know) busy doing the first week in September. If your eVisa status is showing your medicals as being referred from the 16th it means they still would not have looked at your case at MOC (Depending on the VISA type). There is a contact phone number for Global Health here: http://www.immi.gov.au/gateways/panel_doctors/about_global_health/ but be prepared to be frustrated. I've tried many times and never got though... then again other people do get through.
  10. CONGRATS!!! WHOHOO! September is going down!! :biglaugh:
  11. Sorry that is the extent of my knowledge. I am referring to the eVisa login, and it does indicate the status of the medicals based on your CO's view it, hence the mention of the statuses it shows in my previous post. There is no clearer view of it as far as I'm aware, which is why loads of people check this forum every day to see what progress GH have made. You keep referring the medicine, maybe you have a different process to mine as I had no "medicine" process only the medicals. As another poster mentioned your process may be different if you are on the new system. My visa is an 175 skills migration one.
  12. You can only check if its received, finalized or referred on the normal http://www.immi.gov.au/e_visa/check-progress.htm link. At our clinic, they took the photos themselves, we also came prepared with them but didn't seem to need them. We did hand it forms, but we had to fill in very little on them and the panel doctor did the rest. Hope that helps...
  13. One to many pints at Friday lunch :embarrassed: Was seeing what I wanted to see
  14. Sorry not sure between the difference between GH and MOC, I suspect MOC is internal Department of Immigration and Citizenship and GH is a separate company. But only guessing here.
  15. Coblos, if I were you, I'd call up my panel doctors and ask to update my submission with the medical report again. Or at the very least, ask them to send it to you and forward it to your CO. Then at least they have it.
  16. FANTASTIC!!!!! CONGRATS! I assume you will receive the infamous golden email soon.
  17. I'm on week 7... must admit not having huge amount of faith that it will be completed by the end of the month... However small ray of light by the fact that they are at least looking at coblos's 16 September submission  So will keep hoping. PS. How do I get my name on the spread-sheet? I've posted all my details in an earlier post.
  18. I think that is what Four2oz meant by "old school" visas. I'm also wondering if maybe they'd bump up the priority for them to get rid of them. I'm waiting for a 175...
  19. Also be careful to assume your medical is clear. I've seen posts of people getting referred for high BMI. So no telling what else they consider "referable"
  20. Nice to see some figures thanks Four2oz, but just wanted flag the fact that not all those applicants will have their medicals referred. I agree there will be that number of medical reports, but they have certain criteria for having a report referred and which your CO can approve without the medical experts clearing it. That said, it doesn't mean that they don't have 5000 to clear still it just means that we don't have another 3100 people in the "referred" queue for July, August and September. Which makes it seem just a little less dark.:twitcy:
  21. :twitcy: Only thing I can think is that his CO was talking about a specific VISA type based on what he/she was coming back... I had a look through that forum also, and from what the one guy quoted, it sounds like they are at least saying they are trying to sort out the backlog, rather than just accepting it as a norm? One can hope!!
