It seemed quite straight forward so I thought what's the point of using an agent and paying so much more, Anyone else here not used an agent and was granted they're visa?

Not sure communication is so poor from immi , we submitted everything as soon as we could, or visa fee was 7k, hopefully everything is right, we didn't use an agent
