Hi Adelaider, How are you Mate ?? Good News my TB treatment has been completed on 11th Jan. However, still waiting for PR. I had body scan last week but haven't heard anything form my doctor yet, will have follow-up with doctor next month. Should I call Immi. now and ask for my application status or wait until next month to see a doctor first. Normally, how much time will immi. take to process application after body scan? Do you know the process, who will inform Immigration that treatment has been completed? Please advise.

Thanks Mate for your response !! I'm on TB pills from Jan 2018, every month I visit doctor for follow up. Doctor told me that treatment will go up to 12 months, 8 months has been passed now. Doctor will do my x rays after 12 months. Question : - Can I ask doctor to do my x ray and if everything comes normal send report to Govt so my visa can be processed? Or DO not ask anything to doctor, just wait for treatment to be completed and then ask to send report to Govt?

Hi Guys, Good luck for grants!! I have one query regarding Tuberculosis (TB), hopefully someone help me on this form. I have applied 887 visa, waiting for grant since 11 months and currently on bridging visa. Tuberculosis (TB) has been detected and I'm on treatment under medicare. 887 Global processing time is 7 to 10 months, however its been 11 months, haven't heard anything from department yet. My Question is : - Can department refuse my 887 visa (permanent residency) on the ground of Tuberculosis. - Or department is waiting for my treatment to be finished before grant me 887 visa (permanent residency). I'm very much worried due to silence from department. If anyone has the knowledge or encountered the same condition, please advise on my case. A little help would be appreciated !! Thank You...
