Once your medicals arrived you can check their status online and they change from being received, in progress, finalised or referred (I can't remember all but I think that's it) I used to check each morning when I woke
Hi, ours took 10 days or so to arrive and they were processed within a week. Mine was referred to MOC and I had to wait another 3 weeks before it was finalised
Hi, you don't need to certify a cv just the references you get from former employers etc. I had 3 references all certified. I also copied my qualifications certificates and got them stamped and signed too. Hope this helps

Hi,
I would'nt waste your time or money ($50 per application). The name on the import application must be the same name that appears on the log book and (as you know) it is that name that must have owned the car for 12 months at the time of application.
Cheers
Hi, If you apply for import approval now having only owned the car for one month your application will be refused. You must have owned it for 12 months at the time you submit your application. There is lots of information on this thread regarding the rules and regulations which includes tax and registration.
thanks

Hi,
Yes there is an LCD display between the two main dials. Can you send me the link to where i need to buy what is needed.
The car is a limited edition and only 40,000 miles.
Thanks very much

Thanks Steve,
My car is a year 2000 mx5 and does not have a digital display, just as i mentioned, Mph on the outer and Km/h (smaller font size) on the inner speedometer, so you are saying it should be fine?
Cheers
Hi,
Please could you advise if i should get my speedometer changed in the UK before shipping. The dial reads Mph on the outer and Km/h on the inner, or will this pass the relevant inspection as it is?
Your assistance is appreciated
