<p><p>hi hon, didnt read your reply here.... yes will phone DIAC this week and we are so ready to move to a regional area under my visa condition enevtually, but will know how long can i stay here, JOBLESS! and thanks for that positive response regarding the spouse visa, and we're together for almost 3 years now, and theres none in the booklet that we need to prove we llive together for 12months to apply spouse visa? how could DIAC be so cruel to stop us getting married????!!!!! all our parents want us to get married and have children too already! maybe in de facto visa, yes to provide 12month proof. ill let u know what happens after we phone them! *hug*</p></p>
