You can apply now don’t worry about medical exams you can do after In( panel hospital) when department send you medical request ....mostly they want medical 2 or 3 months before visa grant ..I recommend don’t do yourself

i think you wil get visa very soon but make sure everything submit clearly and send them some private picture of your relationship and if you have any positive pregnancy test ..send to them. and also send them statutory declaration from friends

i think you just wasted your $$ maybe embassy will send you medical request again from recommended medical center... hope you get soon its include 1. Medical examination 2. Chest X-Ray Examination 3. HIV Test thats it

Hi everyone we applied spouse visa Sub309 on 29th April 2019. we still waiting of process to start for Embassy requirements (Supporting Documents etc). we have one question is anybody knows if we apply visit visa while waiting of spouse visa how many chances for success. thanks
