I want to book flights, and shipping, and sell my car, and my house, and say good bye. Bored now:ssign2:What is all this waitin about it's pants. I got my visa and I wanna go.
But we have some new smilies.
Lol on a random note we was only getting the kids small things for christmas this year, things that would fit in a suitcase, so why has a box turned up that is half the size of a snooker table. :goofy:
Still bored, even the washing up is done. larr larr larr.
i know exactly how you feel as i am feeling the same, took the words out of my mouth :chatterbox: BORED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! House...car...waiting to go.Same here about only small presents this year so we don't have to ship even more toys over, but hubby went and bought daughter a new bike  so that's one more thing to sterilize to get through customs along side hubby's other 4!!! bikes :happy_face_cowboy_w
Hi guys,Just thought id pop on and say good luck to all those who are waiting on a CO, hope you dont have long to wait. and COME ON BJ27 with your grant... hope the torture chamber is treating you well. xx
Havent been on here too much as my time is now taken up with research, research, xmas shopping, b'day shopping for my youngest who is 3 on Sunday, research, b'day shopping for my eldest who is 12 4th Jan, xmas shopping, research, explaining to ppl why we are moving, chasing solicitors about the sale on our house, research.... having quite a few ppl saying we are doing the wrong thing and making me feel like sh*t..... my mum has been in tears even though we have told her from the start (she isnt against it though), guess now it is all real it has hit her hard. My cousin said we are doing the wrong thing, we wont make it as it is too exp to live and apparently her 'friends' are coming back after 20 years because of this reason wtf!!!! Makes me all the more determined to go!!
Well ill shoot off again now I have bored you all to sleep :chatterbox: lol
Oh Eng32 - a new wanted down under is on (I have series linked it) on the Home channel for those who have Sky (246) you can prepare yourself lol
Tania, hope the house sale is going well
Anlopa my nutty cyber friend, im sure you're not that bored??? just eager?
over
and
out
I am bored too, so my Husband came home from work with a headache and a miserable face:sad: and I said whats up quote I am fed up with this job!! you will know what he means anlopa working in the same type of industry, so I said wtf why don't we just take a loss and go I am fed up of waiting waiting waiting  so of course after me nagging for a while and him putting his thinking cap on he finally said yes!!! so I am trying not to get too excited as I need to get in touch with my agent and hope his offer is still on the table, I will be back hopefully later with the good or bad news.
My Christmas shopping is done all wrapped up my kids have been choosing summer clothes for Christmas presents they are at an age to understand that we have to be sensible and not buy big items, my oldest is 19 this Sunday, I am not really that busy at the moment but if this guy says yes then I soon will be.

Great news for Cat5'ers....
Anyone have an idea how this may affect Cat 4 allocations?
I should not think it will effect cat 4 at all as you are still in a higher priority , I mentioned a bit back to cat 5 that they would start process before they finish cat 4 as it is normal to process another cat along side of another, cat 5 will be slow to start with but once they clear most of cat 4 then speed will pick up for cat 5.
-
Tania
Finally they have started with cat 5. They are processing first the offshore ones.
That's fantastic news, I new they would eventually!! and thank you for sharing :jiggy:

Hi,
I am really glad to inform you all that we've got a case officer assigned and requested for medicals and pcc on nov 30th, We are working on the documents to be submitted. I think they are assigning case officers real quick than i thought. Sorry if this question is been asked before, I see that all documents are "Met" except medicals and pcc, does it mean that they have verified all documents and they don't need any more further documention?
Thanks,
Avioz
Congratulations :jiggy::jiggy:on your co

Im extremely thrilled to report that we have been allocated a case officer today (12/12). Everything except FBI clearance shows as 'Met' in the Document checklist. CO from T4 has requested for FBI clearance to be submitted within 28 days. Darn, we still have to wait for a month to get the FBI clearance back since i hear it is currently taking 9-10 weeks.
Good luck for all June applicants awaiting a CO. Your turn maybe any moment now.
Congratulations :jiggy::jiggy::jiggy:

Hi and welcome to this thread I have now added your details to the front page.
-
Little help over here please.....
Yes you will have to let them know change of circumstances as your wife will not be able to do her medical, your CO will then have to put you on hold until your wife can do her medicals in July, I should not think the changes will effect you as you have already lodged your application the changes normally only effect those that will be lodging then.

Thank you Tania for your good work on updating us! .... Sorry I looked for the Thanks button, but that also seems to have disappeared. Do we really have to be like Facebook? (new site look)
I really thought we were made of better stuff!
Where's the freakin like button? :wideeyed::confused:It just popped up.........
bottom right:frown:haha, It really wasn't there at all, but after i posted.....up it popped:embarrassed::wub:Look I can still multi- quote omg this takes some getting use to.

Well this gibbering jelly head:goofy: must have made a good impression during my first interview as I have been put forward for a 2nd on Tuesday with the “Big boss” :GEEK:so I have a dilemma now do i maintain the jelly head style that I turned the first interview in to or do I try a composed and organised approach for the second :wideeyed: Oh no. The email said that the interview will last for approx 1 hour oh boy :wub:at least I can have a load of post it notes and the laptop to hand to answer any awkward questions.:swoon: I’m not complaining though. A job would be fantastic. :jiggy::notworthy::hug:
Good luck on your second interview, so it will last for an hour you could tell them about the waiting room and how boring it was and about the missing jigsaw pieces. :twitcy:

So i had a surprise phone call today from the 'Wanted Down Under crew' :swoon: I replied to the advert on PIO thread last week. Was caught on the hop so think i :chatterbox: rambled on a bit:rolleyes:, she was very nice though and has asked if she could also interview OH!! He's going to ring her when he get's in from work:laugh: if we pass this stage, it's a filmed face to face interview:eek:
Would be great to get a trial run before we go for good, think it would put our minds at rest a bit. I am quite excited i must say :jiggy: fingers crossed they don't think i'm :goofy::dull::witch-mad:
How exciting :jiggy:

Did you tell them you were selling to emigrate Tania?
If so, then they're probably expecting you to cave to a lower offer.
Call their bluff, and see them come crawling back in a couple of week.
Thats what I am doing as they won't find another property in my area that cheap and I know he wants this area so will wait and see.
-
Wow, do you think that most states are the same?
Sadly hubby occupation isnt on nsw.
Fingers crossed for your offer
I don't know but I would research on here and see what you can find, the person came back and said he will not up his offer so will have to go back to the drawing board.
-
We were team 2 as well.
Trying to persuade my OH that we should use a migration agent now, think he is just a bit concerned about money..... will keep trying :chatterbox: <<<<<<<<<<this was me last night!!!!!
Check this out.
-
Thank you, any news on the house????
Yeah they upped their offer by £5,000 and said that was it  but still £10,000 too short so we have gone back and asked they add another £5,000 to meet them half way and they won't find another house in this area of this price as if we get what we want its still £10,000 below asking price, I am going to work now so I hope to hear something today. :twitcy:

Keep going with the persuading I am sure you will win him round, yes its expensive but if it gets you your visa it will be worth it.
all the best Tania
