Update from me, we have got a buyer!!! for our house I'm just in the process now of going through the deal so more stress over the next 6 weeks or so.
I wanted to know if anyone wanted to take over this thread as in the next couple of weeks I think things will start to get busy for, I will make sure who ever would like to take over get access some how to the front page, please let me know if you are interested.

I think I have CO not sure. I checked my 175 visa application status on the DIAC website over the weekend and to my surprise it had been updated saying that my visa is being processed further as of the 14/12/2011 additionally it stated that an email has been sent to me on the 14th of December. However I have not received this email (I have also checked my junk folders). Do you think I have been allocated a CO is this normal or is there somthing amiss? According this thread I am due a CO (App name MrTux app date 13/06/2011).
I have contacted DIAC online via the visa status page, would it be better to call them?

I would contact your CO and advise that you have done your medicals and maybe this will get them to grant your visa.

OMG!!! I was just granted the visa!!! After emailing our police checks and Form 80, I just went away for a quick lunch, then went back to my laptop to check my email, BINGO, the pre-grant letter was there...This is so quick ( I'm not complaining though!!)

I phoned an agent on Tuesday to say that we want to sell our property and want them to start marketing it from January...but then the agent said he wants to see the property immediately as he knows of a couple that wants a property in OUR
complex. So yesterday agent had a look,brought potential buyers yesterday afternoon and informed me this morning that they want to put in an offer which he'll present to us tomorrow morning!:chatterbox:
Awesome right? But now a million things going through my head...thought it would take months,what if they can't get finance,where are we going to stay until the big move....The next step is always more stressful it seems:wacko:
We never even discussed with agent what we want for the property...so when I asked him what they want to offer its actually more than what we would have asked!
Head is spinning! What are the chances of the first couple that walks through your property actually making an offer...and getting finance...and allowing you to stay a bit longer..

Selling a house is SOOOO stressful!!
Tell me about it I haven't slept for 2 nights :cry: any way I finally got a bit of good news that this person that was interested then was playing hard to get is now been in contact to say he just has to go to the bank to get his mortgage offer from the bank then he can proceed, we have also had a call from my agent to say that he had someone wanting to view next week but as we have an offer he now wants to come tomorrow, yeah I am really stressed ahhh

I am yet awaiting a CO. Meds have been finalized and updated but no update on the document checklist whatsoever. Maybe a CO has been allocated but no update on the tracking website. I see a lot of folks on here get a CO and have been asked for Meds and PCC... I have decided to frontload my PCC as well...Lets see how it goes.... By the way I applied on 05/05/2011..

When Medicals and police checks are already up loaded and their is nothing else your CO needs it is possible to go straight to visa grant as this does happen, good luck

Thanks everyone I have enjoyed running this thread and when someone else takes over I will still pop in to see how everyone else is doing you wont get rid of me that easy and when I finally get to Aus we will have to go on those meet up threads.
