Even I too applied in December 2013, still waiting waiting. I invested money on this and waiting ,its really torture.

You can apply SS with 55 points because State will give you 5 more points and invite you to apply visa (EOI) if you are meeting all the criteria.

You just write an email to the CO regarding your documents status and timeline, they can reply within 2 working days.

Hello Gleam, I too applied in December but still waiting. However, couple of them applied in Jan 2014 but they got Visa in the month of March last week, how its possible? its like first come first out basis right??

Hi Friends, Even I too applied my subclass 190 visa on 15th December 2013, CO allocated on 3 February and requested PCC and medical, I uploaded relevant docs on 24th Feb 2014. After some time CO replied that due to limited visa places availability you will have to wait longer and DIAC will contact you once places available. im waiting , waiting , waiting....................................dont know we I would be very happy to hear grant news, its difficult to wait longer. Thanks for your valuable information Thomas, I look forward to hearing grant news soon. I started my immigration to Australia in 2009 but I faced many problems in between, at last I lodged my 190 visa in December 15th 2013. One of my friends applied same visa 1 month before my visa, he grant his visa on 2 Feb 2014. However, we planned earlier to go AU together but he is lucky he grant visa 2 months ago. He is flaying in April last week. desperately waiting for grant news from DIAC.

HI Friends, I applied 190 visa in December 2013 and Case Officer allocated in February 2014. After one month( today) I received email from CO that Each year visa planning levels are set by the government for the programme year which forms the Migration Programme. The Migration Programme determines the maximum number of visas that can be granted in each visa category each year. The Direction specifies that Migration Programme planning levels take precedence over priority processing arrangements which can affect the order in which applications are considered during the programme year. As of February 2014, the Skilled Regional Sponsored GSM category has a limited number of visa places remaining. The remaining places will be allocated in line with the priority processing arrangements as follows: · decisions on state and territory nominated subclass 190 and 489 applications; then · family sponsored subclass 489 applications ; and · any other Skilled Regional Sponsored GSM applications currently in the final stages of processing. This includes subsequent entrant subclass 489 applications which are exempt from the priority processing arrangements. This will mean processing times may be longer and that once the remaining places are used, the department cannot grant any application until the following program year, unless more visa places become available. Until that time, I cannot guarantee that your client’s application will be decided in the immediate term, nor can I give an indication as to the likely timeframe. You can be assured, however, that the department will contact you when we are ready to finalise this visa application. Till yesterday i was very happy but now im very disappointed and thinking how long does it take to grant visa. please suggest me what to do because I already resigned my job and my last day will be April mid week. My concern is that if I didnt received by April what to do?????? Pleeeeeeeease tell me can I get the visa by April 2014?????????????

Dear all, I have applied EOI on 07th August and State nomination on 13th August 2013 to South Australia and waiting for invitation. I have entered (marital status) single in both the applications. However, my marriage has been fixed now and it will be held in the month of December 2013 but my engagement has been done yesterday. My question is that if I received invitation to apply visa before my marriage can I include my wife name also in my visa application? If yes, what kind of proof doc should I provide to proceed further? because if I applied alone now again I should sponsor to my wife after marriage and it cost me more inclusive agent fee once again. Dear Sir/Madam, I wrote 8 times IELTS so far. I need 6 band score in reading because im getting more than 6 in all other modules. I got all 8 times 5.5 in reading. This time I planned to quit my job for work hard for IELTS. I have more than 8 years of experience in my occupation and also I have 60 points to apply visa. My question is that during EOI, SS and visa process, Do I need prove that I am working at the movement or is that ok if I meet all requirements???? Please give exact answer to proceed further because I should apply visa as sooncas possible I already lost more than 2 Lakhs money and 2 years time in TRA and IELTS process. If I get enough time atleast 1 month I will get succeed in IELTS and then I will start visa process. Pleeeeeeeeeeeease friends help me or give some advices. Thank you in advance:wacko::sad:
