<p>Hi Melanie, just wondered how you were settling in? Is it what you expected? Hows the weight going have you reached your goal now you are there? I am still plugging on trying to stay away from the chocolate....he he. Given up on all the diets as all i seem to do is eat, sleep and dream about food! Lol! its so hard, have joined the gym instead we will probably be another year till we get to Oz still waiting on the SMP's so hope to have cracked the weight by then. <p>Thanks for the feedback on schools, we are still waiting on the visa in limbo same as everyone else. All holding out for the SMP's on July 1st, bit of a nightmare really, we sold our house last August so living in rented, which would have been ok in the short time but the way things are going with the visas we just want to know whats happening. Cant wait to get over as need to stop living in limbo. How have you found being on 475 have you had any negativity towards it at all? Michelle</p>

<p>Hi Kev n Emma, glad to hear you settled well and great to hear from you. Are the kids loving it? I have been looking at the weather over there and not bad for Autumn, bet you have to keep pinching yourself that you are there. </p>

<p>Seascapes does look nice, is there lots to do and is it as easy as people say to make new friends? I too have been looking at the private schools just pricing it all up i will have a 5 yr old and 8 yr old by the time we get there. There is just so much to research but i suppose once we get there and know where we will live things will be clearer.</p>

<p>Hope you had a great meet on Saturday! Gutted we missed it one of the kids went down with the sickness bug and kindly gave to me so i have spent the weekend in bed. <p>We have skype but mike not working have to get a new one. 12 mths for case officer is rubbish, My John still needs to complete rpl for his qualification. He is having a really busy time at work at the mo so i am kida pushing this one i have just sent off the application form to get it started, just waiting for her to send back the bill aaaahhh!!!. Apparantly he can convert in about 2-3 weeks and then we can send to Vetassess , They are quoting 6 weeks for assessment. So i cant see us even applying for 3-4 months. I kinda hope for us to get there 2 years from now so that Ashley can go straight into pre primary 5 days a week so if i need to work i can. </p>

<p>Sounds good, My Uncle who would be sponsoring is in Bundy but dont want to start quizzing him on areas etc till we are further down the line. The agent recons it would take about 18mths.. We would have to go on a 3 year temp visa, then apply for PR after 2 years. Anything better than this weather though.</p>
