Alternatively, it may be useful to have a consultation with a registered migration agent.

Thank you for the reply!
I did the schools direct salaried route- so I got an unqualified teacher salary whilst training and the fees were paid by my school.
It’s SO frustrating! I wish I’d done a PGCE as it would have made life so much easier! So now I’m stuck really as I don’t have the right type of QTS required for Australia but to remedy this, I now can’t do a PGCE here which IS accepted for Australia because for all intents and purposes here I already have QTS!
If I can work my way round it, then I’ll be coming straight to you for a job, lol!
I would speak to a good registered migration agent to see if there is a way forward.

Any of the regular members on here are excellent such as Wrussel who you can contact at http://www.pinoyau.com/

I would speak to a registered migration agent to check your points and see what visa options you have.

Great, so you pass the age test, which opens up the possibility of a 189 or 190 visa. These are permanent visas for you and your family. The next step I would recommend is to speak to a registered migration agent to see what visa options you have and which is best for you. Any of the agents who post regularly on the forum are highly recommended

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can give an update as to how they got on with making the move. I’m a trainee Openreach engineer working as a cabler and interested in making the move. My experience is in fibre. I’m waiting for a date to complete my final assessments which if I pass will give me a level 2 NVQ in telecommunications. Wondering if that if recognised in Australia. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
You will need at least a couple of years experience. Most trades require NVQ3.

You might be better looking at other visas which do not require employer sponsorship. There is no list of employers who sponsor.
-
First question is how old are you?

Pet Air have a very high reputation and are ran by vets.

If you meet the criteria

I would check with a registered migration agent, but I believe you need level 3

His best option would be to speak to a good registered migration agent who can go through what options are open to him. If he is a qualified and experienced joiner there should be permanent visa options available
-
My advice Is to speak to a good registered migration agent.

Based on what you have posted no. Immigration carry out an assessment of what the likely costs to Australia will be and base it on that.
-
I recommend you get some professional advice from a registered migration agent.

IT shouldn't do if the condition normally carries on like that, though they make require a letter from a consultant

Hello Pamela,
i'm in the same situation, have you got authentic information?
I‘m on 491 subclass as a dependent (subsequent entrant). My partner is the main applicant.
Things are not working for us and we are thinking for separation/divorce. Will it affect our future visa i.e; 191
Or will if affect my current visa status as my partner is the main applicant? as she wanted to cancel my visa
I can still fulfill the 491 conditions by my own.
Your answer will be highly appreciated.
Thank you!Your best option would be to speak to a registered migration agent.

I would be concerned that while the owner is a registered migration agent, the staff dealing with the cases arent.
