<p>Unfortunatly the only way really is to come over here on a holiday visa and travel round going to interviews with a view to being sponsored. I think your chances of getting a job while still in the U.K are practically nil. I think i remember Gill saying that your S.I.L has limited experience as a locksmith which may hinder the application from an employers point of view and maybe that of the Immigration Dept. Here in Western Australia you have to have a police security licence to operate as a locksmith. To obtain one of these you have to have an AQF in Locksmithing. I'm not sure about other States, i think the only one you don't need a licence for is Queensland but i would advise on checking first. If you are lucky enough to secure a job make sure you can be over here as soon as possible. If you need any more info feel free to contact me.</p>
