I have the same problem, the grant letter hasn't been generated yet but if you use the vevo service you can see your granted visa details. You only need TRN that is available in the immi account and your passport details

The status stays as "finalized" but if you check the details of the application you can see "granted" after your name and also a link to a grant letter. To check the visa you can use vevo service: http://www.immi.gov.au/Services/Pages/vevo/vevo-overview.aspx

The same happened to me. The immi account front page still says "In Progress" and "last update 17 August" but the application page shows "Granted" for both me and my partner. Nomination and Application lodged 17 Aug 2014.

We are in many in a similar situation I lodged my application 17th August, I haven't heard anything yet (the Nomination has been approved though). You can contact the department but I'm not sure it is worth the hassle. They don't usually give any useful information.

My nomination has just been approved, let's wait for the application now. Nomination and Application lodged on 17 Aug 2014 (transition stream - Perth - immi agent) Nomination approved 27 Nov 2104 Application waiting...

Visa application/nomination on 17th of August. No news since then.

Hi and thanks for this useful thread. I'd like to add my details to the timeline so that we can have more statistics. 186 visa transition stream from 457 (me and my de facto partner) Nomination and visa app 17/08/14 (all documents provided) No news up to now. Immi account says "in progress, last update 17 Aug 2014". I called immigration but they replied with "standard" web site processing times. Thanks!
