We really want to be close to the CBD to find our feet or within a maximum of 20 mins journey. Is it easy to book a 6 month rental before you go if you pay up front? I am stressing on this one as the holiday lets are very expensive for 3/4 weeks. :arghh: Hope someone can help Thanks Sporty x

Do a stat dec yourself as well and tell your agent that it's all you have as proof. The inland revenue can take up to 12 weeks to send out your work history. If you have bank statements from the business use these aswell. Have you do any sub contracting work? Sporty x
