  1. Today finally we got our PR visas (Direct Entry, Civil Engineer, 3 people). This has been my PR timeline: 24 August 2016 - skills assessment outcome 30 September 2016 - nomination application 14 October 2016 - visa application March 2017 -> May 2017 - several integrative documents requested by CO for nomination and visas 19 May 2017 - Nomination approval 21 June 2017 - Visas approval Good luck to all of you!
  2. Hi guys This morning I received from my MA the request for the second VAC English. Someone knows if, at this stage, we can be sure to get soon the visas or something might get wrong? About 1 month ago the nomination has been approved. Thanks mate. Maurizio
  3. Hey guys, some updates: nomination application 30/09/2017 visa application (x3) 14/10/2017 direct entry nomination has been approved on 19/05/2017 the CO is processing the visa...
  4. hey guys yesterday my MA told me that my case is allocated he wrote me: Evidence of relationship – as you had been married for approx. 13 months at time of application, the case officer has requested the additional information: · Evidence of your relationship – can yourself and Elisa please provide a detailed response to the questions in the attached document · Can you please each write a letter talking about how your relationship is genuine · 888 form – can you please ask your parents to complete, have them notarised and email them back to me with a notarised copy of their passport he also asked my employer for further documents related to the nomination, it seems to be "quite a bit". I updated the spreadsheet with this information.
  5. Hey guys now I'm reading the spreadsheet for the first time after the website updating... Someone puts in my information wrongly so I canceled it. Anyway I'm DE and about 2 weeks ago my MA asked my employer for further documents related to the nomination (the last financial quarter, my letter of engagement) and the visa (medical examinations and tax reports). He told me we're closer to a final decision (textually) but nothing more. Also my sponsor (he's a sort of relative) doesn't know the current situation. What do you think about it? Is it possible that the MA is providing further documents for both nomination and visa? Thanks a lot! Maurizio
  6. Hi JonnyP this is my experience: I got the skills assessment as professional civil engineer on August 23th (6 years experienced, Engineers Australia requires 3 years at least). Nomination lodged on September 30th, Visa on October 14th (Direct Entry, Low Risk, 3 people). My IA told me to wait about 5 months before asking him updates. Yesterday (after about 5 months) he asked the employer further some work paper and my signature on a document. I asked him if we're close to the goal...I'm waiting for his news. I advise you to lodge the visa demonstrating 3 or (better) 5 years in order to avoid any assessment problem. Good luck to all of us!
