Caz Brady Posted August 18, 2014 Share Posted August 18, 2014 When we get to Oz I'm going to have to work, but without childcare rebate not sure if I can afgord to! I was wondering are there any other wives/husbands in this situation? I was thinking there must be and wondering if anyone would be interested in me minding their kids in my own home at a lower rate than the creches charge? I am officially a special needs assistant and have childcare qualifications and would get working with children check for both me and my dh as he'll be about the house too at times. I say I don't think it's too hard because when I was a risk assessor for the working with children checks people I came across a few people doing it.
