Guest Betty1986 Posted March 21, 2012 Share Posted March 21, 2012 Hey, I was wondering if someone could help me with this: I am currently on my first year working holiday visa that is due to end on May 4th. I have already done my 88 days for my second year visa by going fruit picking, before this I worked for a company for 4 and a half months. They now want to have me back for 4 weeks before I go back to the UK (May 2nd). Can I go back and work for them under the WHV conditions and split the 6 months up? Or is it 6 months straight only, with no gaps? I obviously don't want to risk it when I am so close to going home and then starting my second year. Also I havent applied for my 2nd year WHV yet.. does that start as soon as it is granted or does it start when my first year visa runs out? No one seems to have a clue!
