corinne14470 Posted March 20, 2012 Share Posted March 20, 2012 I am reading through all the information for our employer sponsored visa application and it does mention at some point about a 25 year old level? I can't understand it though. My eldest is 25 and has a son and will not be emigrating with us. She doesn't even know yet but will on Thursday :-( Do I have to ring the Canberra office for advice or can it be the state we wish to apply? lebourvellec Posted March 20, 2012 Share Posted March 20, 2012 You 25 year old would not be classed as a non-mirgation dependent (which can be up to age 25 if in full time education, and a dependent on parent).
