Guest jogrant3232 Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 It seems the visa allocation system is slowing, i have not seen anyone recieving aknowledgments of applications being lodged for many weeks (pre-online), anyone got aknowledgment or file number lately. Guest claire&fred Posted November 26, 2007 Share Posted November 26, 2007 According to the ASPC email that I received today, they are currently receipting applications received 16 August and acknowledging applications received end of July. I emailed my agent yesterday. We move into our rented house tomorrow and the contract runs out on 28 May 2008. She said that if the processing delays do not get any worse, and all is in order, we should get our Visa May 08. Hopefully that might put some light at the end of the tunnel for all us August applicants who are well and truly caught up in the backlog.
