Just wondered if anyone who hasn't been living with their partner for 6 months has still managed to get them on a457 visa as a defacto partner? Me and my partner have been together over a year and living together since November. However, we don't have much proof of living together as I never went on the bills! We've only been away together once in this period and the booking confirmation for the hotel only has my partners name on it, as he booked it! We have photos and can get phone bills showing calls between us. We have exchanges of money between our bank accounts since September and I do have bills to the address we are living together at, but only from January this year.
