Which GP in Berwick / Narre Warren area??

Hi all,

Just on the off chance I wondered if anyone can recommend a good GP in the Berwick / Narre Warren area. One that's also has an interest in Womens Health or Ob/Gyn as well would be perfect :)

Other wise it's going to be the Yellow Pages lottery, in combination with robust checks of the AHPRA register!

I'm tempted by Dr Charry Hemmings so far - if anyone wants to warn me off or reccomend please let me know :)

If I was looking for a doctor I would go to one of the big clinics and ask to see male or female whichever is your preference and see if you feel comfortable with them. What I or others feel comfortable with is likely to be different.

I go to a large clinic here and I see a specific doctor but I found her in that way, just got an appointment one day quite a few years ago. That said I also see other docs if she is booked out or not available and as its all computerised now find they are all ok. We have so many female doctors at our clinic in fact its the males that are few. Also just ask the receptionist who does obs and gyne. A lot do not do it now because of cost of insurance so if you needed that field they would refer you to a specialist. Our clinic does not bulk bill and the cost of a consultation is $65.00.

try asking the girls in the local Pharmacy who they would suggest, They will probably have a good idea about what the local doctors are like..
