Can anyone advise how u came about your answers and where you got your answers from. They want to know things like the how much to rent a house, how much are utility bills etc. How can you answer this if you dont live there. The number don't have to spot-on but can be conservative estimates. You can use online real-estate websites to estimate the rental and a few hundred bucks for utilities etc. There are some more threads in this forum that discusses this matter. Good luck!
