mdpm20 Posted February 17, 2012 Share Posted February 17, 2012 Hello All, Hi I am a newbie here. I would like to ask something about visa lodgment. Does anybody here lodge their visa unemployed? I just resigned to my work (personal reasons) a month ago and I am planning to lodge the visa next month. I’m quiet worried about the visa lodgment because I don’t have work right now and I might get question by DIAC. I already have positive skills assessment with ACS however when I did my skills assessment , I did Statutory Declaration and ask my ex boss who also resigned few years back to sign my detailed Job Description because the previous company that I’ve work with is not issuing detailed job description , they’re just giving standard COE. By the way, I have 8 yrs solid ICT BA background. Maruska Posted February 17, 2012 Share Posted February 17, 2012 Hi, I don`t think this is a problem, you just have to explain any periods of unemployment.
