I did try Pet Air but they are very expensive. We were hoping to do it ourselves, but we're thinking a compromise is to find someone cheaper who will offer a basic service and do a bit more legwork ourselves. We were battling with time to get our dog over to Australia before the rules changed on Jan 1 and Pet Air were the most unhelpful and pessimistic bunch I have come across.
