You could raise a 'status PLE' (post lodgement enquiry) online or if you have a CO allocated and he has contacted you through email you can contact back through email but that's about it. And it is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED to needlessly pursue either of these options (except if there are inordinate delays).
