I thought it might have been the bank suspecting it was fraudulent but they have no record of a transaction at all. So it's purely down to M&S who won't respond to my emails. Strange thing is I bought stuff in the past with exactly the same card. So I wonder what's changed. Has anyone else tried buying from them from Australia?
