heids Posted May 19, 2006 Share Posted May 19, 2006 Hello - just thought I'd introduce my self - My name is Heidi and my boyfriend (Carl) and I are seriously thinking about giving the aussie life a go. I have got a visa already (as use to live there a few years ago) but it runs out in February 07. So we are ( I think????) going to apply for a de facto visa - which has to be done asap. I found this forum some time ago and I think it is great, it has really helped us put everything into prospective and really helped us make up our mind, so looks like we will also be going for it!!! (now the fun starts). So anyway I just wanted to say thank you to all of you and nice to know there are people with just as many and the same concerns and worries and excitment as us!!!!
