Has anyone stayed in the Absolute Waterfront Apartments in Parramatta or Westmead?

When I get to emigrating to Sydney, I am planning on staying for about 3 months in one of the apartments from the Absolute Waterfront Apartments in parramatta or Westmead as I will be working in Westmead. can anyone let me know if they have stayed in any of them and what they are like and if the rental includes utilities.
