Guest egoharris Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 Hi all, I am a Pome living in New Zealand, been here about 9 years and I have been a N.Z. citizen for 4 years. My wife and I plan on crossing the ditch to Oz. My question is: Am I eligible for Medicare as soon as I arrive and apply or is there a period I have to be in Oz before I can apply. Anyone ???
