I would just buy one in Aus though, my experience is stuff is not as expensive as I'd feared - in fact some stuff works out cheaper even using the current exchange rate! I bought a fantastic all in one wireless printer plus toiletries and food in Big W on a UK credit card, and the transaction went through at £60. Same printer is £69 on Amazon UK!
