Guest Foxx
I stayed with a friend for two weeks in the Goldcoast at a place called Beachcomber. It wasnt the best place but it was right in the center of surfers paradise. Here are a few things we did that I recommend for you: Skypoint on the Q1 Tower - Massive bar with 360* views of the city... Was amazing. If you have time go in the evening before sunset and watch the sun go down, it is beautiful. Dreamworld - If you fancy some adrenaline go to this themepark. Tower Of Terror II is amazing enough said. Goldcoast Casino is about five minutes away if thats your kind of thing. Jetskiing was pretty good. Half the time we just decided what to do on impulse and spent many days just down on surfers paradise soaking up the location.
calNgary
Ashmore Palms is a Holiday Park with furnished cabins. It is quite centrally located on the Gold Coast so great for exploring the beaches, theme parks ,Mt Tamborine with its skywalk, art gallerys, horse riding etc and even O'Reilys were you can eat on the veranda overlooking all the Gold Coast, feed the wild parrots etc. There is also Currumbin wildlife centre which is a zoo but also has adventure rope climbs etc. Hope this helps Cal x
