Does anyone know how stable the market is & is it a crap as here cos NOTHING seems to be moving in the North East. We're in the throws of acceptin £14 grand less just to get rid!! My far better half (estate agent) says that recently a gaff advertised for $690 K went for $610 K but more the exception than the rule.
