Guest The Pom Queen
Just want to wish you luck with the visa, hopefully it won't be long now. Kate
frasers x4
The processing of the 457's seem to be all over the place. Some people are 3-4 weeks and some are only 48 hours. We were at the lucky end of the scale so didnt even know we had been allocated a CO. Good luck, it will all happen soon enough.
Guest TCASAlert
I find we only get an email from DIAC once a week tops, usually on a Tuesday (our first email to them was on a Tuesday). Seems they then just stick a 7 day reminder on it and we hear back a week later - but as Frasers said some are done quickly others are longer. If you give them a call the call handler will be able to check the TRN and advise if they have an update, or email the generic email address - seems to get responded to faster than emailing the CO directly. benandkelly
We submitted our e457 on 6/9/11 and ours still shows 'processing commenced'. I'm really fed up with waiting now. Just wanna get the hell outta here
