Doc 53 Posted August 23, 2011 Share Posted August 23, 2011 Hi all, I had my shipping done today/yesterday, thought I would provide some feed back in case it is useful to anyone. We used John Mason and all in all have had a really good experience. The guys who did the packing (Joey and Brian) were absolutely spot on. They did not stop on either day and basically worked right through, their work ethic was superb. The office staff (Harvey) was also spot on and answered any questions I had, which was really good. The only blip was that some stuff was missed by the surveyor, however as we had a 20foot container and all our stuf fitted (just!!) we were ok.
