Petals Posted July 11, 2011 Share Posted July 11, 2011 If you have a look at your local Leader Newspaper you can read it on line if you do not have it delivered, or pick up at the paper shop. Usually local trades people advertise in these papers and you should be able to find a few to get quotes from. If its a dividing fence then a fencing notice has to be served on the neighbour however the fencer usually takes care of that and the neighbour has to accept the quote. The neighbour only has to pay for a standard fence, if there is a fancy fence required then the person wanting the fancy fence has to pay the most for the fence. I guess you know all about the covenants at Sanctuary Lakes which govern what you can and cannot do.
