We are in the CBD in sydney till wednesday then in Bondi? The hospital in the UK fitted an aircast for travel (as it happened 2 days before we were flying), and a fixed cast may/may not be needed - its a metatarsal break. Also I assume we can get the treatment if we take our UK passport? Medicare cards will be applied for tomorrow. Hoping someone can assist.
