Leah31 Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 Hi, Just wondering if someone can answer my question: I am in the middle of completing my College Of Occupational Therapy Registration Board (COTRB) application form. I am struggling to answer one of the questions (prob straight forward:laugh:): 1. "Name of Person or title of position for verification of couse information".
