I would suggest you contact a decent agent and explain your situation and see what options they can see for your proposed visa application. Most good agents will give you a 15 min chat on the phone to discuss your options for free, that should give you an idea of what route you can take for a visa. Whatever your trade if it is associated with mining then WA will have the occupation on there list and qld prop have it to. If you can get an employee to sponsor you even better.
