jillgamble Posted September 15, 2010 Share Posted September 15, 2010 Hi everyone, I'm on countdown now and just wondered if anyone could recommend a nice place for a 2 day stop over for me, my husband and 18 yr old. I was thinking Manchester to Singapore for relaxing as when we arrive in Melbourne, it will be starting work 2 days later. We travelled to Dub in August with no stop over so really fancy a couple of days to recover, asI'm not the best traveller. Quite fancy a shorter flight time to Melbourne, so would be prepared to travel up to 14-18 hours on the first leg from UK - any ideas would be great...:wink: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Amv Posted September 16, 2010 Share Posted September 16, 2010 We stopped over in Singapore and i am glad we did just to say we had been there, and it was nice to see the difference in culture, my oh parent's stayed over in Dubi and they loved that too. Singapore is only 7 hours away fom melbourne ( if i remember correctly) so to get back on the plane does not seem so daunting after such a long time in the air, good luck! where are you moving too in Melbourne.
