Have you contacted DIAC about this? If your lodgement/acceptance date is past the DIAC Que then you should at least have a case officer.

You should send an email to nsw.pse@immi.gov.au and give them your case details plus lodgement information. So that they can action it for you.

Hi KK sandhu I'm still here see below my timeline mate

lodged on 27 of feb acknowledgement 6th march at Perth as cook high risk

got case officer end of octobar and request document from employer on 17 of November , document submitted on 6th of December now waiting and got email from my case officer see below

Thank you for your email.

As you would be aware, your client lodged his visa application in conjunction with an RSMS nomination from xxxxxxx Pty Ltd.

I am the case officer processing the company’s RSMS nominations at present, and therefore will also be processing Mr xxxxx visa application.

You have just last week provided me with the information requested from the company. I will be looking at this within the coming week and hope to take a look at xxxxxxxx visa application shortly afterwards.

Given the circumstances leading up to July (the massive spike in applications and subsequent processing delays), your patience (and that of Mr Xxxxxxx) would be appreciated.

Kind regards

Hi RBP,

DIAC will require your medicals before they can process and complete your applications, your medicals are valid for up to 12 Months.

So possibly your wife might have to get her medicals done once again. if you do not have a CO before the end of Feb 2013 and for yourself if there is still no CO assigned after 17/04/2013.

Please find DIAC info listed below.

"You must undertake the required health examinations, as

requested by the panel physician.

Please be aware that if you do complete your health

examinations before lodging your visa application you may

need to undertake additional health examinations if:

• you later lodge a visa application for a different visa

subclass;

• you decide to stay in Australia for a longer period;

• you do not complete all the required health examinations;

or

your health examinations expire prior to a decision being

made on your visa application.

If you have not lodged a visa application and a significant

health condition is identified which may impact on your ability

to meet the health requirement you will not be provided with

an opinion of the Medical Officer of the Commonwealth until

after you lodge your visa application"

Best of luck

I would guess so as they do say to inform them of any changes...

i suppose it depends how far in you are and if you have had your medicals or not yet.

In the end, a pregnancy is just that until you actually give birth.

I probably, if it were me, wouldn't tell them if I had had my medical, and it was looking like the visa would be granted before bubs came along.

Congratulatiobs?? By the way??

Hello there massimo,

We are exactly the same boat and same approval of nomination but just like you still waiting for the approval of visa. I was quite frustrated that it takes too long for case officers to process our visa. However, don't lost hope there is a bright future coming. Just still positive..Actually, it took nearly 1 year of me waiting for this if in case officer approve the visa by the month of February.
