k8bug79
Hi, I have had this question in my head for a while its not really relevant to me although I would try and persuade my Mum to come with us if she could. I am one of 3 siblings. I am the eldest I have a younger sister 2 years younger than me and then my Mum remarried and had my younger brother who is currently 6. Looking at the balance of family ruling, how would it work if I was in Oz, my sister was in UK? Do they count my younger brother into the equation baring in mind he is a dependant child and would therefore be going with them? Also what would happen if my sister was in another country as she is looking at Canada? How would it be viewed then?
phyllis71
I think your mum would pass the the balance of family. You and your brother would both count. It doesnt matter where your sister stays. Good luck Phyllis.
