Our 3 kids have given us their wish lists for the new house. 2 want easy access to the beach and 1 wants more rural. We have told them that it very much depends on where we will be working. And we have done some research already into possible areas, but do you guys have any suggestions of areas that would suit? I'm not saying it's any better down here ,just meets your needs. Work might dictate your position as well. Have a good look around on Google Earth. Look from say Hallett Cove southwards. We live in Onkaparinga Hills which is on the edge of suburbia, but only 10 mins drive to the beach. For more info and opinions come into the Adelaide specific site......... Sorry to bombard you with questions. I see you have found us - nice first post :biggrin: The shopping around our area is mainly based our the Collonnades Centre down at Noarlunga. Nearly every shop going. Woodcroft has a nice Foodland in a centre,Hallett Cove has a bigger and newer centre.Seaford has a fairly recently extended shopping centre. Everything is virtually a car journey away + you need to shop around. From Onkaparinga Hills it takes me 30 minutes if the traffic is light.
