Schools around Mt Hawthorn / Leederville (Perth)

Hi folks

 

We are looking around Mount Hawthorn / Leederville (there is a nice community feel & I like an area with a 'middle':v_SPIN:). There's also the fab Beatty Leisure centre, so daughter will be able to continue with her swimming lessons.

 

Question is.. what are the schools like here? She's 10, so would go to one of the primary schools (Mt Hawthorn Primary seems the nearest). And which high school in a couple of years? Even though we'll be renting initially, I don't want to get her settled in an area only to move again in another couple of years to find a decent high school.

 

She's very bright, so I think she'll do fine wherever, but reputation is important, and the general behaviour of the kids.
