mb_jg Posted March 30, 2009 Share Posted March 30, 2009 I was just thinking aloud & need your expert opinions, I already have a 176 family sponsored visa in the pipeline since March 2008 (Asco code 2299-79). Due to the related & absence of any TAT on processing we are left in the limbo on further planning our future. Can I apply for a student visa after I have already applied for the PR?
