I am a hairdresser. If and when we get through we dont know wether to go to perth or adelaide. When we traveled we spent alot of time in perth so we know its nice but people have told us houses are really cheap in adelaide so we don't know, we only spent a couple of nights in adelaide. tangoman Posted January 13, 2009 Share Posted January 13, 2009 House prices are pretty high in Adelaide now, theres been a big increase in prices over here for the last few years ! Have a cousin in Addy just buying a house soon. Suggest you look at www.realastate.com.au for a guide to prices. We have paid over 450k for a four bed house on 1k sqm, prices ahve held steady for the last 6 months but are starting to creep up again here.
