Guest Faye&Matt
Hi, I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the usual bills are when renting a property in NSW. Do you have council tax, water, electricity or any other to pay or are they most usually included in rent? Thank you
Stuju
Hi, You will have to pay for electric, gas, phone rental, (unless any included in the rent) but i doubt it, you will only have to pay towards the water every 6 months - we pay around $87 for water every 6 months, there is a similar this to council tax but you do not have to pay this as it is down to the landlord stuju
Guest heieup
We're in Vic and we have to pay gas, elec, phone (tv and broadband if applicable) and the water we use. We don't pay water rates or land rates (council tax) that is all covered in our rent.
