Guest Derden Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 I am in the process of applying for a job in Sydney. I have beemn asked what my salary expectation would be. The job is for an operations manager with a multi national company. I am currently living in Ireland with my partner and our 2 year old son. We would like a good lifestyle obviously and would hope that my partner would not have to work for a couple of years until our little fella goes to school. So how much of a salary would i need to live comfortably in Sydney. We'd probably rent for a couple of years, preferrbly near a beach :wink:. Any ideas?????? Guest richard123 Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 what you could do is go in to a job board on the internet, for example careers and jobs UK - UK Jobs Search and Recruitment, then search for a senior operations manager, find an average between the highest, and see wether or not this will enough for you to live on??? my guess is 60-70 grand in pounds, thats what you would be looking at in the UK. hope this helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
