Guest lampard8
We are moving to Robina in January. We have a 17 year old daughter who is wants to carry on with her education. She has completed gcse exams in UK and wants to get a Australian pathway to university. Would she be able to complete year 11 & 12 at a Robina school or would you suggest she went via TAFE college route due to her age she has expressed her concerns about going back to school when she will be nearly 18. A lot of uni's are suggesting she completes year 11/12 at a TAFE college to get a Queensland Certificate of Education while keeping her options open for her chosen qualification and Overall Position (OP) score. Are there any local TAFE colleges that run this course?

Guest E Attewell
Hi I'm not sure if this is any help, but as 'mature' student (me) I checked out the TAFE Qld website and they had loads of good information on courses, alos contact emials, phone numbers etc. I can understand our daughter not wanted to go back to school so maybe you should check it out aswell www.tafe.qld.gov.au I emailed them for info and their reply was really helpful. Good Luck.
