Guest Gollywobbler Posted January 24, 2007 Share Posted January 24, 2007 Hi coldaly No. You will validate your visas automatically the first time you enter Australia on the strength of them. If you are granted a PR or long-term TR visa and you then go and get something like a 90-day ETA, technically it cancels the earlier, better visa. No doubt this sort of error does happen occasionally and I imagine that it can be rectified if it does, but I would think that sorting it out is probably an expensive, slow and angst-ridden business.
